Marble Tower was conceptualized to enable its founders to utilize a captive to self-insure unrelated risks from disparate companies they owned or controlled. Four years after commencing the project, the resulting platform structure proved capable of serving numerous indepedently capitalized portfolio companies.

As interest grew, Marble Tower endeavored to extend this structure to selected partners seeking a captive, and launched its first externally-owned captive in mid-2024.
